OUR WINES

GRAPE TO GLASS
Our wine production is fully integrated from grape to glass. Beginning with the careful nurturing of our vines in the Hill Country soil to the final pour in your glass. Every decision is made with intention, blending time-honored traditions with the unique character of our land to create wines with depth, balance, and authenticity.
The process begins with our harvest at the precise moment of ripeness. Grapes are immediately brought to our on-site winery. There, they are gently sorted, destemmed, and crushed before entering fermentation. We monitor temperatures and maceration closely to extract the best colors, flavors, and tannins from our grapes. Aging occurs in white oak barrels, allowing the wine to develop complexity while preserving its sense of place.
ESTATE GROWN
Our wines are produced from estate harvest, meaning every grape comes from our own vineyard between San Marcos and Wimberley. Full vertical integration gives us complete control over the entire process. From soil preparation and vine tending to winemaking and bottling. Everything happens within the same place.
We plant and tend varietals that thrive here, embracing the natural challenges and gifts of the land rather than sourcing fruit from elsewhere. This hands-on approach ensures consistency, traceability, and wines that genuinely reflect the terroir of our pocket of the Texas Hill Country.
Estate grown isn’t just a label for us, it’s the foundation of everything we do. It allows us to craft authentic, character-driven wines while stewarding the land sustainably for future vintages. When you open a bottle of Paradis wine, you’re tasting the direct result of our commitment to this place and process.
